How bookings work

The short version of what you agree to when you book. Prices include VAT.

Booking length: Regular cleaning is booked by the hour: a minimum of 3 hours, up to 8, with the option of 2 cleaners for larger homes (which halves the time on site).
Same-day bookings: We need 3 hours' notice for a same-day clean so the cleaner can get to you.
Cancellations: Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Inside that window 50% of the booking is charged; if the cleaner arrives and cannot get in, the full amount is charged. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Rescheduling: Move a booking to another free slot at no charge up to 24 hours before the start. Inside that window, message the office on WhatsApp and we'll do our best.
Recurring bookings: Weekly and fortnightly bookings keep the same cleaner and the same slot at the same hourly rate. Each visit is charged the day before, with a reminder.
Referrals: Share your code: a friend gets AED 50 off their first clean, and you receive AED 50 of credit once it's completed.
